We happily post to customers worldwide!
Our postage charges are kept to a minimum for our Customers. We really want to make ordering our products as affordable as possible for you and subsidise the cost of shipping for all international orders.
Our shipping costs are calculated by weight and will automatically be displayed at checkout, after entering your address and ticking the appropriate shipping option, you then have the option to complete your order.
General Guidelines
- Fastway Couriers is our first choice for domestic shipping as prices are comparable to registered post and parcels are trackable. This service is fast and reliable
- If you reside in a remote location we will use Australia Post.
- International parcels under 10kg are sent with Australia Post, parcels over 10kg will be sent with Blacklink.
- No Handling Fee is charged
In 99% of cased orders are sent same day. Please allow 2-6 days for delivery nationally.
Return Policy:
Very few customers return products to us (see Testimonials Page), however, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Natural Skin and Beauty. If, for any reason, we do not meet your expectations, we will gladly refund your purchase, less shipping charges*.
The returns procedure is as follows:
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for return instructions (customerservice@naturalskinandbeauty.com) indicating the reason for the return
- All items must be returned, undamaged*, within 14 days of purchase in the original shipping container. We are not able to reimburse you for return shipping charges*.
- We will process a refund of your purchase, less shipping charges*, within 5 business days from the date the item is returned.
