Cellulite

Natural Anti cellulite oil

Cellulite affects 90% of women and we believe 85% of men

Wild Nature has finally answered the request of many of our customers by bringing out an effective, 100% Natural Cellulite Oil in conjunction with a plan of attack.

Cellulite is not simple fat, but a way in which your body reacts to a build-up of toxins in the connective tissue in the skin. This then manifests as a honeycomb web of waterlogged and toxin filled tissue. Water retention is when excess fluid in your body builds up and is uncomfortably stored in your tissues. Uncomfortably bloated and tight skin, swelling in the arms and legs, and redness with pain are all signs that your body is storing an unhealthy amount of water.

Cause

Poor circulation

Poor lymph drainage

Lack of oxygen

Unbalanced endocrine system

Water retention

Allergy – especially wheat and milk

Hormonal Changes

Toxicity – environment and/or diet

The solution

We emphasise that this is a combined effort of addressing lifestyle, taking action and regular treatment. Our Natural Cellulite Oil offers a comprehensive solution to the problem of cellulite by treating its causes and effects.

Seven point plan of attack:

1.      Increase blood circulation with Exfoliation and skin brushing with real bristles—upward movements in the shower (lymph drainage)

2.      Exercise

A large part of treating cellulite is creating a lifestyle which helps manage fat in the body. By building muscle mass in cellulite affected areas such as legs and buttocks we help burn fat which avoids it turning into cellulite. Muscles also work to stretch and smooth dimpled skin. As a result legs will be firmer and you will feel and look great! Recommended types of exercise to work cellulite prone areas such as the thighs and buttocks are: Walking, stair climbing, yoga, Pilates, squats, Martial arts, kick boxing, running around with children.

3.   Massage every day

One great technique to smooth cellulite build-up is to massage cellulite areas daily with a body brush. You can do so in the shower or on dry skin. To help increase circulation under the skin massage with an exfoliating body wash. This also helps to stimulate blood flow and get fat cells moving elsewhere!

      4.   Cellulite Essential Oils

combined especially for cellulite - add to bath to penetrate skin by osmosis. Whilst in the bath, pinch and pummel cellulite areas to assist in breaking down fatty deposits.

      5.   Increase Oxygen flow

            breathe deeply. Breathing is vital.

      6.   Relaxation to shift toxins, waste and fat.

      7.   Address your Diet

Increase intake of vitamins and minerals, raw vegetables including bean sprouts - all soaked and scrubbed. Cut out Tea, Coffee, Alcohol

Daily steps if you’re serious about Cellulite

1. Brush your skin (point 1 of six point plan of attack)

2. Toxin release Bath

Bath should be as hot as you can stand it. Place in bath: 2 handfuls of Epson salts (magnesium sulphate) and 1handful rock salt. Then run the bath and add 8 drops of our Organic Aloe Vera Cellulite Oil

3. Cold Shower - Lymphatic drainage

Use a detachable shower head with cold water (cold causes blood vessels & lymph’s to contract). Start with your left foot, work up to the thigh, then your right foot and work up to the thigh, then get both your arms under the water and last your torso. Move the water around your abdomen in clockwise circular motions, then up the inner arms to the armpit. Do this as often as you can.

4. Seaweed and cabbage wraps.

Place chopped up seaweed or cabbage placed between 2 pieces of gauze or muslin - then iron. Wrap it around the area and keep there for 15min.

5. Massage your whole body 2x/day (this is a whole body issue even if cellulite is localized), morning and night using our Cellulite Oil.

Natural Cellulite Oil

What is cellulite?
Cellulite consists of abnormal deposition of fat in the subcutaneous tissues resulting into dimpling of the skin. It is largely seen in women and only requires treatment only cosmetic reasons. Cellulite affects men and women of all weight ranges and of all ages.

How is cellulite formed?

·          The skin contains some inelastic bands of connective tissue that run deep down from the skin to the muscles.

·          Genetic, hormonal and factors like lack of physical activity coupled with improper diet favor the deposition of fat in areas around the hip, thigh and buttocks.

·          The fat bulges out of the skin surface while the connective tissue strands pull the skin to keep it in place leading to the dimpled effect on the skin.

·          This is exacerbated by the poor circulation of blood and the accumulation of toxins , waste products and water in the body.

How do essential oils work in treatment of cellulite?

·          When used for massage, they are absorbed and begin to break down excessive cellulite and increase the pore size of the small blood vessels beneath the skin.

·          This in turn improves circulation and increases the blood flow to the affected areas causing a flushing action of the waste and toxic products accumulated in the body (cellulite).

·          The massaging action also generates heat that helps in lysis of fat

·          By removing the dead cells, a good massage will improve the skin tone which itself reduces the appearance of cellulite

Carrier oils are important when using aromatherapy. Not only do they have a nourishing effect but some Essential oils for cellulite can be irritating when applied directly to the skin. Especially for those who have sensitive skin. Carrier oils allow the essential oil to be massaged, rather than being absorbed too quickly. When it comes to cellulite and the use of essential oils - you must apply by massage to get the best results (don't just wipe the oils over the skin)

What is recommended for the treatment of cellulite?

Key points for each ingredient are as follows: (please see extended description of ingredients to deepen your understanding of why they have been used)

1. Aloe Vera Regenerates the skin, adds nourishment and thus reduces the sluggishness of skin cells so that they may function more effectively.

2. Fennel, Lemon, and Grapefruit oils act as agents which detoxify and purify the blood. They also improve the skin tone by absorbing the excess fluid retained in the body.

3. Avocado oil, Jojoba oil and Sweet Almond Oil prevent dry skin, help absorb other oils from the skin surface faster and don't get rancid.

Directions on How to Use our Cellulite Oil

Cellulite Oil should be massaged into slightly damp skin, using small circular motions, morning and evening. We recommend that you take a few minutes to firmly massage the oil into your skin to increase circulation and its efficacy. Wild Natures anti cellulite oil blend spreads beautifully and will absorb easily, leaving no oily film. Just use 1/3 of what you think you would need - just a tear drop for each area as it is 100% product, not just 20% good stuff and 80% filler, so use sparingly.
